Steve Cope has 12 years experience in the mining sector. He has worked in corporate development for Orko Silver Corp, Barsele Minerals Inc, Orex Minerals Inc and Timmins Gold Corp. His responsibilties with these companies have covered a wide range of areas including financing companies, project evaluation, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions.

Carla Hartzenberg

Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Hartzenberg, CPA, CA, is a Chartered Professional Accountant with 10 years of experience primarily focused on the natural resources sector. She possesses significant experience in mining exploration, real estate, manufacturing and clean technology. Mrs. Hartzenberg has held management positions in the resource sector as well as real estate. In addition, she gained extensive experience through a Canadian audit firm providing assurance services to publicly traded companies on the TSX, TSX-V and OTC markets. Mrs. Hartzenberg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Victoria.

Taj Singh

Chairman

Taj Singh currently serves as President and CEO of First Nordic Metals Corp. Singh was founding President and CEO of Mexico focused Discovery Silver Corp where he led a +30x market capitalization growth to over C$500 million during his tenure. He also served as Director / Lead Independent Director of GT Gold Corp., acquired by Newmont Corporation in 2020 for approximately C$400 million.

Earlier in his career, Singh served as VP Business Development and VP Engineering for Mexican gold producer Timmins Gold Corp. (since acquired by Argonaut Gold Inc.). Singh also worked as a Mining Equity Research Analyst at Macquarie Capital Markets, and spent over a decade working in various operations, engineering, and project development roles for diversified mining majors Inco Limited and Vale Limited. Mr. Singh is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng), a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Metallurgy / Minerals Processing) and a Master of Engineering degree (Metallurgy).

Art Freeze, P.Geo.

Art Freeze has an impressive 45 years of experience in Mineral Exploration & Project Management. Until 2007, he served as the Primary Consulting Geologist for Goldcorp Inc., and has held Consulting, Management & Supervisory positions with international mining companies such as Cominco Ltd., Pasminco Exploration, Echo Bay Mines and Pan American Silver Corp. Art is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEGBC). Mr. Freeze was a Consulting Geologist & Advisory Board Member for Orko Silver Corp.

Toby Pierce

Director

Toby Pierce is currently CEO and Director of Somerset Energy partners and serves as Non-Executive Chairman of First Nordic Metals Corp. From 2015 to 2024, Toby Pierce was CEO and Director of TAG Oil Ltd., a TSX-listed oil and gas producer in Egypt and Australasia. Mr. Pierce has over 28 years of geological and financial understanding within the resource sector. He has been a founder, CEO or director of numerous private and public mining and natural resource companies including Benchmark Metals, New Placer Dome Gold, Gold Line Resources, Crest Petroleum, North Country Gold, Brilliant Resources, Red Tail Metals, Kingfisher Metals and numerous shell companies in the Canadian and London markets. Mr. Pierce holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Business and a Bachelor of Science degree in Earth Sciences from the University of Victoria.
